The Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival is back at Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch for its fourth year. On Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June from 10am until 6.00pm, come and enjoy the colourful array of food and drink, try and buy, plus there’s even the chance to get cooking yourself!

The Loch Lomond Food and Drink Festival is a celebration and demonstration of great Scottish cooking and excellent produce from both within Scotland's first National Park, and throughout Scotland. From the farmers to the chefs, the Festival will whet your appetite by tasting and selling game and fresh fish, tasty soups and bread, succulent roast meat and vegetables, and washing it down with fine ales and whisky.

In addition to our own home grown produce we have a Continental Market who will be sharing their specialities from their home grounds including Spanish chorizo, French cheeses and the most spectacular Italian mushrooms.

There will be live folk music throughout the day plus some super entertainment including a live performance by the ever popular Clan An Drumma.

Tom Lewis
of the renowned Monachyle Mhor Hotel and Scotland’s representative on the BBC’s Great British masterchef series will entertain you in the cookery demonstration tent alongside renowned chefs from Cameron House Hotel and Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel. You too can take part in trying your hand at cooking up a sumptuous dish in front of a live audience if you are game!

The food and drink marquee will tantalise your taste buds with fresh bread baking, tasty meatballs to eat, haggis, hog roasts, soup, jams and a host of locally produced fayre to try and buy. If you are looking for something a little stronger than coffee to drink, then you will find real ales, whisky and wine available also. The children will love the chocolate and smoothies and can also try their hand at creating a ceramic “foody” masterpiece in the Ceramic Experience, as well as trying their hand at basic cooking.

Follow the links to find out more details on the event or if you are interested in taking part then please contact us at info@lochlomondshores.com for more information about how to get involved.

There is no charge to come along to our event and parking is free.
